Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change! If you're unable to attend a booked session, here's what you need to know:

🧽 Session Cancellations

• Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
• We are happy to transfer your booking to another session if spaces are available.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for missed sessions, but we will always do our best to help.

🎉 Birthday Party Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable due to prep and supply costs.
• We’ll always try to reschedule your event if needed!
